Over the last few years I have made a conscious effort to try and breathe through stress, pain, and just to re-center myself. It’s amazing how this simple act can make you feel so much better. When I started practicing pilates I felt that I was always struggling and then my teacher said: “don’t forget to breathe with the movement”. That changed my entire practice! I could physically feel my breath connecting with my muscles.
So let’s keep inhalin’ and exhalin’ to less stress, anxiety, and better quality of life!
