10 Ideas for Self-Care

Lately, I have been thinking about self-care and the importance of emotional and physical well being. The past few months I was dealing with chronic stress, unhealthy eating habits, sleep issues, and hormone imbalances (created by all of those stressors). I didn’t realize how critical the mind-body connection is to one’s overall well-being. I hope this list provides a start to reset your health and happiness.

one/eat healthily

I’ve tried many ways of eating – plant-based, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, standard American…but I always struggle to keep up with the restrictions I put on myself. I feel best eating fruits, vegetables, and generally “healthy” options. My mindset recently has been to eat clean/make food at home and not set too many restrictions.
